POSITION OVERVIEW:Student VIP (a division of Campbell & Co. Insurance), and a Navacord Broker Partner based in Komoka, ON is searching for a Member Experience Representative. The Member Experience Representative should be well organized, have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage various projects at once.RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide support to students via live chat, phone and email by answering questions regarding their Health & Dental and International Health plans which includes questions regarding coverage, how to make a claim, where to find practitioners in their area and moreUpdate content on our website which can include rewriting information to make it more clear for students or creating new content for new programs and servicesCreating and uploading reports and data to our Student VIP DashboardData entry of manual enrollment informationUpdating and formatting mass emails, managing responses as they come inAttending on site Campus events throughout the YearMaintain provider list and ensuring accuracy on the websiteFormatting and editing large data listingsUpdating our live chat platform and custom bots to improve student experience by identifying gaps in information and creating new articlesOther tasks as assignedREQUIREMENTS:Client Facing ExperienceExceptional spelling and grammar skillsHigh attention to detailCompetent in Microsoft systems such as Excel and PowerPointStrong communication skillsAbility to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectivelyThink outside the box attitudeTeam playerHigh School Diploma or equivalentDegree in Communication and/or Business Development an assetNavacord, and all our Broker Partners are actively committed to supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
