This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in the investment industry, strong technological proficiency, and the ability to work with portfolio management systems and CRMs.Position Summary & Key Accountabilities:As a Senior Operations Administrator, you will play a critical role in our day-to-day operations and have the opportunity to grow into an Operations Manager. Responsibilities include:Overseeing operations and ensuring efficiency in workflows.Managing and overseeing data entry with accuracy.Filling out forms and applications required for investment operations.Generating reports and updating internal systems.Assisting clients, accountants, and portfolio managers as needed.Performing basic accounting tasks in Excel.Answering phones, greeting clients, and maintaining office supplies.Troubleshooting technological issues and implementing system improvements.Qualifications:3 to 5 years of experience in the investment industry is mandatory. Familiarity with operational workflows.Proficiency in portfolio management systems and CRM platforms.Exceptional Excel skills and strong data entry accuracy.Attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.Ability to learn and implement new systems efficiently.Completion of a post-secondary degree.Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or equivalent.Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal).Team player with a positive attitude.
