We specialize in providing relevant information, data and insights about serious and complex diseases from various therapeutic areas to our clients in the pharmaceutical industry.We are looking for motivated, growth-oriented individuals. The Business Analyst is our launching point into multiple areas of the company, depending on your interests and performance.Important: to be considered for this position, in addition to the LinkedIn application we require candidates to fill out a 2, step, 20-min survey. You will automatically receive a link (by email) to complete the cognitive assessment (step 2) within 5 min of submitting the Predictive Index Assessement (step 1).Survey link: Position Responsibilities:Lead several types of market research projects from initiation / data gathering to data validation / analysis, to output generation & client presentationsInterview medical specialists and other health care practitioners across Canada.Extract, structure and analyze information from specific data sets.Identify key information, findings and insights that address key market research questions and challenges.Proactively manage project timelines and deliverables.Collaborate with team members on multiple simultaneous projects.Contribute to new ideas and solutions.Desired Experience:1-3 years work experience (new grads accepted)Possess strong and clear verbal and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essentialStrong project management and time management skillsBilingual (English and French) preferredExperience with data analysis Effective multidisciplinary problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of medical health terminology is an assetDrug Intelligence is an equal opportunity employer.
