This is a remote role, work to be done in any North America time zone. Integrity, experience, honesty, people, humanity, and passion for excellence are some other adjectives that define this global technology leader.As our Marketing Campaign Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting campaign marketing programs and strategies with focus on the post-download journey and beyond, strategic partnerships, and event marketing for tentpole events across our portfolio in the global education market. You will support the strategies required to deliver against objectives and joint success plans. You will help support the vision and plans that will ensure Autodesk becomes a trusted partner with students, educators, and key influencers, strongly aligned and supported by top-tier strategic partners in industry.You will help education customers deploy, onboard, manage, and use clients products through relevant and engaging experiences. You will collaborate with Audience Marketing, Field Marketing, and customer-facing teams to decide what message we should deliver and how we should deliver it and work with team members to build everything our field engagement and marketing teams need-enablement tools, derivative marketing assets, and more. Our success is measured by customers completing account set-up, saving basic tasks [projects], assigning student seats, and account level use. You will report to the Strategic Partnerships Marketing Manager.Responsibilities Support a select number of strategic partner marketing relationships and support marketing programs to deliver measurable impact aligned with our business goals and joint partnership objectives Drive results against negotiated terms (give/gets) across co-marketing partnership agreements and manage relationships to maximize engagement and ensure commitment Understand the target audiences needs, preferences, behaviors, and demographics to inform campaigns that resonate, are relevant, impactful, and engaging. Develop campaign creative conceptse.g., theme, look & feelfrom ideation through to completion via agency. Deliver campaigns, assets, and playbook(s) to customer-facing teams to execute. Work collaboratively with your peers in cross-functional teams; Audience Marketing, Field Marketing, Digital, Marketing Operations Technology, Field Engagement and Strategic Partnerships to align campaign delivery. Achieve agreed-upon return on marketing investment success metrics (ROMI) Lead iterative improvements and analyze the data and feedback to refine and optimize the campaign strategy.Minimum Qualifications BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or business administration 8+ years of experience developing global marketing campaigns for a large company Proven success influencing large, global, cross-functional teams from planning to execution Proficiency with marketing campaign tools (Draftr, Marketo, CMT-Campaign Management Tool, Allocadia) and data analytics software will be beneficial Excellent written and oral communication skills are required to build customer-facing campaigns, assets, creative briefs, and campaign strategy presentationsPreferred Qualifications Adept at collaborating within a highly matrixed environment You have knowledge of the Education market, and/or clients products You have a global perspective You are a brand champion and intent on governance You are experienced in nurturing business relationships and sustaining partnerships You can have hard conversations to drive prioritization for better outcomes You are an effective communicator who thinks strategically, writes concisely, and works collaboratively You have a sense of urgency in approaching critical challenges Unafraid to try new things and challenge the status quo Excellent PowerPoint skills and comfortable presenting to executive audiences
