The Digital Analyst''s primary focus will be supporting the analysis, reporting and best-in-class execution of various projects for KFCs in-restaurant digital platforms (Kiosk/Digital Menu Boards/Digital Drive-Thru) in partnership with the Digital Product Manager. This person will work collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams, external agency partners & franchisees to deliver against KFC Canada''s strategic digital growth vision. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Analyst to support our in-restaurant digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, reporting and executing various projects for our in-restaurant Digital Platforms (Kiosk/Digital Menu Boards/Digital Drive-Thru) & supporting our martech stack, including, CDP, CMS, & analytics tools. The Digital Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams & external partners to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of these projects, ultimately providing recommendations on driving ROI and enhancing customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: (includes but not limited to): Project Analysis and execution: Conduct thorough analysis of digital projects, identifying, measuring & reporting key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop business cases and ROI models to support project commercialization and decision-making processes. Own execution & merchandising of marketing calendar campaigns on Kiosk, DMBs & Digital Drive-thru. Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytic tools such as GA4 to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various marketing technology platforms. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Martech Platforms: Support the implementation and management of CDP to ensure effective data collection, integration, and utilization. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive personalized marketing campaigns. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technology, PMO, finance and operations, to ensure successful project execution and reporting. Communicate project updates, challenges, and successes to stakeholders effectively. Key Qualifications: University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Digital/Business Analyst, preferably in the QSR industry or a related field. Analytical skills and the ability to apply them in both financial and marketing contexts with advanced knowledge of GA4 suite. Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms, including loyalty programs, CDPs, digital menu boards & digital restaurants. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task multiple priorities and to lead cross-functional teams and franchisees through successful execution of project tasks. Superb creation and facilitation of meetings, feedback sessions, and briefings to create consensus among stakeholders. Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Ambitious self-starter with a hunger to learn, grow and act quickly is key to being part of this fast-moving team and achieving bold goals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Understanding of the evolving digital landscape and ecommerce platforms with a desire to deepen this understanding. Knowledge of restaurant operations and internal departmental processes would be considered an asset.
