Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Fragrance Sales Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the fragrance account activities, ensuring seamless communication between your Account Executive and the retail stores. You will work closely with your Account executive to drive customer satisfaction, support assigned retail accounts and contribute to the successful execution of all activities and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Retail Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned fragrance accounts, ensuring strong relationships and consistent communication between stores and internal teams. Sales Support: Assist in running elevated events at top doors determined by your Account Executive. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with your Account Executive to ensure seamless execution of launches, events and upkeep of tools/storage locker. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, or customer service, preferably in the fragrance, cosmetics, or personal care industry. Valid drivers license Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Personal Attributes: Client-focused with a strong customer service orientation. Collaborative and able to work effectively in team settings.
