Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and expedite ICI restoration projects from inception to completion. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating logistics, conducting site inspections, and ensuring all projects meet industry regulations and client expectations. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and the ability to lead teams in fast-paced restoration environments. Key Responsibilities: Project Oversight: Manage and expedite multiple restoration projects across institutional, commercial, and industrial (ICI) properties, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and expectations. Inspections & Compliance: Conduct site inspections to ensure projects adhere to safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards. Logistics & Resource Management: Plan and oversee project logistics, including material procurement, scheduling, and workforce coordination. Problem-Solving & Risk Mitigation: Identify potential project risks, develop solutions, and implement contingency plans as needed. Quality Control: Ensure all restoration work is completed to the highest industry standards, minimizing delays and ensuring customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Experience Experience in ICI Restoration: Proven experience managing institutional, commercial, or industrial restoration or construction projects. Project Management Expertise: Strong skills in project planning, expediting, and execution. Logistics & Inspection Knowledge: Ability to oversee project logistics, conduct thorough inspections, and enforce compliance with safety regulations. Strong Organizational & Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
