Epson Canada Ltd. is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide in-market technical expertise for our Business Inkjet line of printers, support strategic sales opportunities, and drive service improvements. What Youll Do: Product Management & Technical Sales Support (TSS): Address large customer issues and integrations, including onsite visits when needed. Act as an escalation point for technical inquiries, working closely with Seiko Epson Corporation (SEC). Support proof-of-concept opportunities and customize firmware for strategic sales initiatives. Assist partners with third-party solution integration and development (Epson Open Platform SDK knowledge preferred). Provide hands-on pre-launch technical sales training on hardware and software. Communicate product updates, enhancements, and quality issues to internal teams. Report technical documentation errors and recommend improvements. Share customer insights with SECs Design and Planning team to enhance product development. Service Support: Offer technical guidance for repair depot and B-stock rework. Manage escalations and work with SEC to resolve repeat or quality issues. Provide pre-launch hardware and software training for Contact Center staff. Improve service communication and practices to enhance the customer experience. What You Bring: Strong technical expertise in business inkjet technology. Experience in troubleshooting, firmware customization, and third-party solution integration. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across multiple teams. Willingness to travel as needed for customer support and training.
