Adecco is currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant & Office Manager. This is a permanent role. This is an on-site opportunity with our private client located in Ottawa, ON (Gloucester area) The Administrative Assistant & Office Manager, Bilingual will have the following responsibilities: Coordinate and finalize management presentations. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. Arrange and book travel, if needed. Submit and reconcile expense reports. Complete variance reports. Monitor office expenses against the budget. Support bidding and proposal processes. Greet and assist office visitors. Maintain professional communication (face-to-face, phone, and email). Handle office tasks (phone calls, meetings, office supplies, liaise with suppliers, clients, management and other stakeholders). Anticipate needs to ensure a positive experience for others. Show flexibility by putting in extra time for urgent matters. The Administrative Assistant & Office Manager, Bilingual must meet the following mandatory requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant/ Office Manager in a fast-paced environment. College degree in business, or related studies. Fluently bilingual in French and English (written, spoken, and reading). Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including reporting, document creation, and calculations. Proven experience in a support/administrative role requiring a high degree of teamwork. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and planning abilities. Proven experience working with bid/proposal documentation. Experience working in a unionized environment.
