As a Lead Generator, you will develop a point of contact with hiring managers and generating business leads via telephone and email. Generate point of contact with new Client Accounts via phone Make 250+ outbound calls daily to prospects for lead generation, cold calling companies and verifying decision makers Engage in conversation to quickly collect and document pertinent information into a database about the prospects needs Increase Client awareness of Options Consulting Solutions and grow our market share with these Clients Works with your team to continuously improve work processes Makes sure that information is communicated and proposes new working methods What you bring to the job You must be strong communication skills, be professional, well organized and determined to succeed. You will need to be a self-starter, highly motivated and willing to challenge yourself on a daily basis.
