Who we need Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, we are hiring a Vice President of Operations, North America, to play a pivotal role in overseeing and directing our environmental lab operations across North America. You will be responsible for long-term strategic planning, aligning with commercial and executive leadership to drive business expansion. This includes the development and execution of strategies that meet both operational and customer needs while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards for quality, safety, and reliability. You will focus on managing the operational budget, optimizing resources, and delivering cost-effective solutions that align with the company''s quality and technical requirements. Additionally, you will oversee Quality Assurance (QA), ensuring that all laboratory and testing processes adhere to the highest industry standards. You will also assume responsibility for Test Facility Management, ensuring operations comply with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) principles, where applicable.
