For more information: www.jumpmath.org Position Summary : We are seeking creative, energetic, and experienced Account Executive (BC) and Account Executive (US and Maritimes) to join our Sales & Professional Learning team to drive product adoption, build strategic customer relationships and grow JUMP Maths reach and sales revenue in Canada, the United States and internationally. Work Location for Account Executive - British Columbia: This role is mainly remote, and is preferred to be based in British Columbia and handle sales in Saskatchewan with some in-person work, including attending conferences and meetings at the JUMP Math office in Toronto or other locations, as required. Some travel would be required. Work Location for Account Executive - US and Maritimes: This role is mainly remote, and can be based in Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland and Labrador, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island with some in-person work, including attending conferences and meetings at the JUMP Math office in Toronto or other locations, as required. Some travel would be required. The Account Executive will identify and qualify leads for the B2B sale of JUMP Math education resources and professional development for teachers and educators through the creation and execution of a disciplined, formalized sales strategies, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and success and meeting our annual sales targets. In this role, you will: Drive annual sales revenue growth and retention through customer adoption of both print and digital classroom resources and professional development offerings by successfully managing a portfolio of purchasing schools and districts. Building on the current sales prospect pipeline, establish the full sales cycle from prospect identification and qualification through to cultivation and closing of new accounts. Develop a pipeline of new sales prospects and opportunities that translate into increased revenue and greater impact in the education sector. Establish specific, disciplined sales strategies, with detailed plans and tactics, accompanied by profitable annual targets and goals. Deliver engaging sales meetings and information sessions that respond to customer needs and motivations and result in new or continued accounts. Identify and attend key education conferences to attend and cultivate new sales opportunities within your portfolio. Develop and manage positive customer relationships with educators and key decision-makers to maximize the value of accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Network and build relationships within the education sector, staying top of mind with key contacts. Working collaboratively with the Professional Learning and Educator Support Specialists, effectively steward and support JUMP Math customers/clients to ensure satisfaction, loyalty and repeat business. Monitor and manage renewal of owned accounts, identifying risks, avoiding churn and managing invoicing. Prepare monthly reports on sales activities Stay updated and inform others of competitive insights and local requirements as they arise. Work collaboratively as part of the Sales & Professional Learning team, liaising with other staff and teams across the organization. Salary Range: $75K-$85K Base Pay (depending on experience) plus Commission (Potential to earn $100K plus) Your Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a sales/account executive role (education sector preferred) Post-secondary degree or diploma (Sales, Education, Business Administration or other relevant field), or equivalent related work experience (education sector preferred) Demonstrated experience with meeting sales and retention targets Knowledge of the education industry in Canada and the US is desirable Excellent organizational and time management skills, with ability to multitask and effectively prioritize workload Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, with ability to build strong relationships Excellent presentation skills with strong attention to accuracy and detail Results-oriented and customer service focused, with a dedication to providing stellar service Confident and credible Strategic thinker with strong decision-making skills Self-motived, with ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as collaboratively as part of a team What We Offer: Competitive compensation (base plus incentives) Hybrid and flexible work arrangements Group Health Benefits (for roles based in Canada) Bonus paid days off during the year Professional development opportunities related to your area of work Work Location: This role is mainly remote, based in British Columbia, Canada, with some in-person work, including attending conferences and meetings at the JUMP Math office in Toronto or other locations, as required.
