Who Were Looking For We are hiring two therapists one experienced (5+ years) and one newer clinician (0-2 years)who want stability, a strong referral base, and a long-term role in private practice . Engaged & Communicative Responsive to emails, clients, and team interactions. Reliable & Proactive Takes initiative and follows through on commitments. A Strong Client Retainer Skilled in building long-term therapeutic relationships. Organized & Productive Manages scheduling, notes, and responsibilities efficiently. Assertive & Professional Upholds ethical standards and clear boundaries. Bonus: The experienced therapist (5+ years) will ideally offer couples therapy in addition to individual therapy. Key Responsibilities Provide individual therapy (and couples therapy, if applicable) with a minimum caseload of 15 clients per week . Connect with new referrals promptlyonce a client is referred to you, reach out and book an initial consultation . Maintain accurate and timely client notes in JaneApp. Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities . Respond promptly to client inquiries and administrative communication . Engage in light marketing efforts (maintain a Psychology Today profile, contribute occasional social media insights, and network as needed). Commit to long-term client relationships , supporting clients through deeper therapeutic work. Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional best practices in counselling. Minimum Requirements Registered as an RCC, CCC, RSW, or equivalent in BC. 0-2 years OR 5+ years of post-graduate clinical experience. Proven ability to retain clients and maintain a stable caseload. Available for at least three days per week, including 1-2 in-person days (5-6 clients each) at our South Surrey office . Available for at least four weekend sessions per month. Familiarity with JaneApp (or willingness to learn). (For the experienced therapist) Training or experience in couples therapy is preferred.
