We strive to create an environment that fosters growth, creativity, and professional development. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Bookkeeper & Financial Analyst to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who not only excels at financial record-keeping but also thrives on data analysis and business insights . Youll be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping while also leveraging Salesforce and Excel to generate reports, analyze financial trends, and optimize pricing strategies. If you love numbers, problem-solving, and driving smarter business decisions, wed love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Bookkeeping Tasks: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes. Maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconciliations. Oversee inventory management, tracking stock levels and conducting reconciliations. Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely payments. Assist with tax preparation and compliance, liaising with external accountants as needed. Manage payroll and HR workbook Reporting & Analysis: Develop and configure reports in Salesforce to monitor business performance and customer metrics. Run CDBP reports to analyze sales data and performance metrics. Work closely with management to provide insights based on financial data. Excel and Pricing Management: Create and format new price lists in Excel, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Utilize Excel for data analysis, including the use of formulas, pivot tables, and complex data formatting. Collaborate with the product team to ensure pricing structures are accurately reflected in Shopify. Salesforce & Shopify Integration: Maintain and update records in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility. Assist in managing product listings, price updates, and promotional campaigns on Shopify. Train team members on using Salesforce and Shopify systems where necessary Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred). Experience : Proven track record in bookkeeping, financial analysis, and reporting, Benefits: Analytical Mindset : Ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
