Our client is looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join their team and take on a pivotal role in supporting and leading key projects. As a Project Coordinator, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing the seamless execution of custom home builds, ensuring that every detail aligns with client expectations and project specifications. Responsibilities: Assist in developing project plans and timelines. Coordinate tasks, resources, and schedules to ensure the project runs smoothly. Monitor progress against deadlines and adjust plans as needed. Support estimate development including discipline-specific input into the estimate. Assist in preparing project budgets. Track expenditures to ensure the project stays within budget. Identify and address any potential cost overruns. Identify potential risks to the project and suggest solutions. Assist in the implementation of risk mitigation strategies. Ensure that any risks are communicated to stakeholders. Help with the final project assessment and documentation. Ensure that all deliverables are completed and meet client expectations. Assist in organizing the handover of the project to the client or relevant department.
