Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Clinical Research Coordinator with a strong background in medical or clinical settings, particularly in patient interactions, clinical study design, and data managementincluding data capture, analysis, and reporting. Core Responsibilities Program Design & Build Support the design and build of Case Report Form used in post-market evaluation (i.e.. REDcap, Jotform). Design and implement a structured workflow using the Jotform CRF platform to facilitate efficient data capture, participant follow-up, and research tracking, ensuring seamless data integrity and compliance throughout the study lifecycle. Proactively identify process improvements, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to enhance programs efficiencies. Ongoing Program & Patient Support Support virtual post-marketing evaluation platform and programs and act as the primary liaison between patients, clinical teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and communication. Draft clear, compliance-focused customer responses, exercising sound judgment on when to escalate medical or scientific inquiries to the appropriate Medical or Science Officer. Manage user interactions on these programs for multiple indications, assist with questions, encourage patients to stick with the program and post their progress. Support program participants and users of our products by collecting feedback, responding to participant questions, adverse events or comments on how we can improve our products, instructions, etc. Data Analysis and Reporting Conduct data analysis and reporting to inform clinical program design, product improvement decision-making and overall departmental processes. Capture case studies and clinical group data for publications and sales and marketing materials. Manage and analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to enhance product quality and satisfaction. Provide administrative and operational support, optimizing workflows for efficiency and scalability. Cross-functional Collaboration & Teaming Strategies Work closely with cross-functional teams, between clinical programs, sales, and marketing departments, to support business and patient care objectives. Collaborate effectively with internal and external teams, fostering a diverse and inclusive team culture, working effectively with colleagues from various backgrounds and expertise. Qualifications Required Proven experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or in a similar role within a medical or clinical office environment requiring interacting directly with patients and medical or clinical professionals. A profound respect for confidentiality, handling sensitive information with discretion, integrity, and professionalism. This role requires strict adherence to privacy regulations, company policies, and ethical standards to ensure the protection of confidential data at all times. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft precise, professional responses and recognize when to escalate inquiries. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally and empathetically with patients, customers, and team members. Experience working in cross-functional and diverse teams, thriving in a collaborative and innovative setting. A passion for User Experience (UX) support, ensuring smooth interactions between patients, staff, and clinical systems. A process-driven mindset, with a passion for creating efficiencies and optimizing operational workflows. Exceptional task management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. An entrepreneurial spirit, adaptable to change and excited to contribute to a start-up environment and being a part of a growing company. Preferred Technology-driven professional with experience using workflow tools and platforms. Strong experience utilizing workflow applications is essential to success. Jotform experience is a PLUS+. Experience in descriptive statistical demographic analytical skills. Certificate Tri-Council Policy (2022) for ethical data collection with humans. Good Clinical Practice Certificate is an asset. Bonus points for experience building JotForm workflow. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $60,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience.
