Job Title: Senior Project Manager- Back Office Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada (Mostly Remote) Term: This is a temporary, full-time position commencing March 15, 2025 with an end date of March 15, 2026. The end date of this position may be extended for two further one-year terms through mutual agreement Position Scope The Senior Project Manager of the Back Office Refresh Project is responsible for finalizing and maintaining a project plan for this project and managing all aspects of the project to ensure good governance and the monitoring and management of risk. He/she will keep the project on time and budget and provide reporting and guidance to Senior Leadership. This role will work in tandem and collaboratively with the Back Office Refresh Project Team, Back Office Refresh Executive Project Sponsors, the Senior Management Team. Key Responsibilities: Implementing and working with consultant agency and process owners and stakeholders on large-scale modernization/transformation of systems/tools to perform back office functions and operations. Implementing a Financial, Procurement, Payroll and Human Resource Information System platform solution Organizational Change Management Managing large complex transformation projects Managing a diverse team of consultants and client team members Executive presence and the ability to brief boards, senior executives Ability to manage project timelines and risks in a proactive and solution- oriented manner Ability to effectively run PM team meetings Deployment of IT solutions within the organization Deployment readiness planning, tracking and reporting Experience with systems integration projects which could include experience integrating a new system with ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft and/or other IT systems.
