About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Sales Consultant with deep experience in Professional and T echnology staffing to drive new business and grow strategic relationships with enterprise-level clients. This role is ideal for a sales leader who has strong C-suite connections and a proven ability to place Professional and IT candidates in contract and project-based roles at major organizations. While healthcare staffing remains part of our offering, this role is primarily focused on expanding our professional and technology staffing division , targeting companies that require high volumes of IT contractors for mission-critical projects. Key Responsibilities: Drive Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with organizations that require large-scale IT staffing solutions. Leverage C-Suite Relationships: Engage with senior executives, including CIOs, CTOs, and decision-makers, to position Power as their go-to partner for IT workforce needs. Tailored Recruitment Strategies: Understand client challenges and provide customized staffing solutions for technology and digital transformation initiatives. Expand Market Presence: Utilize strategic prospecting, outreach, proposals, and in-person meetings to grow Powers footprint in the professional and tech staffing sector. Consultative Selling: Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights into market trends, hiring patterns, and workforce solutions in IT and professional staffing. Negotiate & Close Deals: Lead negotiations for staffing contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that pave the way for long-term partnerships. Collaborate Internally: Work closely with recruitment teams to align client needs with the right IT talent, ensuring rapid fulfillment of client requirements. Enterprise-Level Relationships: Established connections with senior decision-makers at organizations that require high volumes of Professional and/or IT contractors. Expert Negotiator & Deal Closer: Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and negotiate multi-million-dollar staffing contracts.
