As we continue to grow, we are looking for a full-time HR Administrator who will play a key role in our hiring, onboarding, and administrative processes. Position Overview: Reporting to the General Manager, were looking for our first-ever HR Administrator to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to build processes from the ground up and make a real impact in a fast-paced, fun, and dynamic industry. If youre someone who loves creating structure, learning new things, and being part of a team that thrives on energy and excitement, this role is for you. In this full-time, in-office position , youll support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administration while helping establish key HR processes for the company. Youll have the opportunity to shape how we do HR , ensuring efficiency and structure as we continue to grow. We use ADP as our main HR software , so familiarity with it is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Hiring: Manage the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings, attending job fairs and more. Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the tools, information, and support they need to succeed in their role. Offboarding: Facilitate the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition and compliance with company procedures. HR Administration: Handle various administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, LOE''s, ROE''s, managing HR paperwork, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Process Building: Ensuring our processes align not only with the Employment Standards Code and Labour Relations Code but also with Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR) Alberta Support HR Functions: Assist with employee inquiries, policy updates, and other HR-related projects as needed. Qualifications: HR Experience: Previous experience in human resources, recruitment, or administration is preferred. Education: A degree in Human Resources or a related field is required. Familiarity with ADP: Experience using ADP software for HR and payroll functions is a strong asset. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and team members. Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities for file management and managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Fast-leaner: Ability to learn and adapt to new computer programs is essential. Microsoft: Experienced with Microsoft office suite. Mac : We are a Mac (apple) environment.
