Important Location Details: This role is 4 days onsite at the office located across from Kipling Station (GO/TTC) About the Role - Lead IC Savings'' integrated marketing and events strategy during our milestone 25th anniversary year. This role drives member growth, broker engagement, and community presence while executing high-impact marketing campaigns and signature events that strengthen our market position as a trusted community credit union. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives Lead member acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives to drive cross-sell opportunities and deepen banking relationships Spearhead multi-channel marketing campaigns to support mortgage products, credit card adoption, and banking services Design and implement broker communication and engagement programs to expand active network Collaborate with Marketing Operations Manager on CRM (Go High Level) optimization and campaign execution Partner with branch network to drive referral programs and local marketing initiatives Oversee brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints and communications Direct signature event program including: Quarterly broker education and networking events Annual broker recognition programs 25th anniversary celebration series Community cultural events Member appreciation initiatives Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and community partners Ensure event execution aligns with marketing objectives and strengthens market position Partner with Marketing Operations Manager to track campaign performance and ROI Analyze member behavior and campaign data to optimize marketing programs Deliver regular performance updates to leadership team Recommend program adjustments based on market response and metrics Qualifications Required Experience 7+ years progressive marketing experience with demonstrated success in: Campaign development and execution Event management and stakeholder relations Cross-sell program implementation Team collaboration and leadership Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Proven track record of growing customer/member relationships through marketing initiatives Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools Preferred Qualifications Financial services industry experience Knowledge of credit union/banking landscape Broker network management experience Understanding of Italian and Portuguese communities Experience leading community-focused initiatives
