Description Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and develop staff to provide outstanding customer service. Conduct performance reviews and foster a positive, team-oriented workplace. Store Operations & Customer Experience: Ensure proper inventory management, stock rotation, and product availability. Oversee store cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety and sanitary standards. Resolve customer concerns professionally and enhance overall satisfaction. Financial & Administrative Management: Oversee cash handling, daily deposits, and payroll processes. Monitor and maintain accurate store financial records and reports. Requirements 5+ years of experience in QSR, grocery, or convenience store management. Strong leadership and people management skills.
