WORK LIFE: The Warehouse Operations Associate role is a permanent, full-time, on-site position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm daily, for a total of 40 hours per week. LOCATION: Recreation Outfitters Inc. warehouse in Burnaby, BC on site EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 years of experience working in a warehouse - picking, packing, shipping, receiving, organizing inventory, inventory count, supplies procurement Minimum 1 year of experience with customer service or customer support Minimum of high school graduate. Post secondary education a bonus Be physically able bodied to be mobile and to lift or carry heavy objects multiple times per day A DAY IN THE LIFE - WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING The Warehouse Operations Associate position is a multi-faceted role. You will be involved in all aspects of warehousing operations. You will need to have a comprehensive understanding of the workflow within a warehouse to provide a high level of customer service. This role works closely with several departments including sales, e-com, accounting, and customer support. You will report to the Managing Director to contribute to the ongoing success of the company.
