Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Implementation Manager for our Client Success team to lead complex enterprise implementations of our software platform. This role involves managing multiple high-value enterprise projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional client relationships throughout the entire project lifecycle and beyond. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical acumen with outstanding project management and client relationship skills. RESPONSIBILITIES Project Leadership & Implementation Lead the discovery process for enterprise implementations, including requirements gathering, timeline development, and resource allocation Guide the configuration team in translating client requirements into effective software solutions Manage multiple concurrent enterprise-level projects with substantial budgets Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction Develop and maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports Assist with the technical configuration of the software where needed Provide comprehensive training to clients in various formats (online, in-person, developing training materials) Travel to client locations primarily within North America (up to 20-25%) Client & Stakeholder Management Act as primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to maintain alignment and gather feedback Manage client expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle Transition to account management role post-implementation to ensure continued client success Provide strategic guidance to clients on best practices and optimization opportunities REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of experience in software delivery project management Proven track record of managing multiple enterprise-level projects simultaneously Experience with large, multi-phase client implementations Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to present effectively to executive teams Proficiency with project management tools Ability to communicate technical concepts, including API and data integrations, between clients and internal teams.
