Impulse Technologies Ltd. is a growing Wire & Cable and Telecom distributor based in Mississauga, Ontario, with a branch location in Calgary, Alberta.We are currently looking for a self-motivated, energetic person to join our growing team. Responsibilities Maintain strong customer relationships and provide outstanding customer support while driving sales in a prompt, efficient, and courteous manner. Perform various Customer Service/Inside Sales functions within the order fulfillment process, including data entry, product sourcing, quoting, tracking, all while keeping in constant communication with your customers. Work in conjunction with the Outside Sales Team to develop new opportunities in existing accounts by preparing quotations for them, researching products, passing on leads, and helping to create new opportunities for growth wherever possible. Work closely with warehouse staff to help ensure customers receive their orders on time. Maintain and accurately update various reports for customers and your internal team. Required Qualifications Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word Experience with Syspro would be an asset, but not necessary Excellent data entry skills with strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task Needs to have a positive attitude and be a team player Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), and professional telephone manner are required Experience in the Wire & Cable Industry would be a great asset We offer a comprehensive benefits package with the opportunity to join a leader in the Wire & Cable Industry.
