12-18 Month Contract Opportunity Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative develops and maintains positive and effective relationships with customers and acts as a liaison between Sales and Operations. Key Activities: Provide inside sales support within a multi-plant environment for a designated set of customers. Full cycle order management including order entry and order change management while balancing inventory, shipping, and production considerations. Maintain communication and coordination with sales, production planning and logistics to support customer accounts. Manage customer order forms, item launches and design transitions in order management process. Support the resolution of customer concerns and queries. Work with carriers as required to ensure efficient deliveries. Other related administrative duties as may be required.
