As we continue to grow as a company, we are looking for a dynamic professional to join our team. This position is 100% onsite in our Vancouver, Mt. Pleasant Office. Position Summary In the role of Senior Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with our Director, Marketing and VP, Marketing & Corporate Operations and will be responsible for supporting the Marketing & Sales efforts for the Alabaster Group of Companies. Based in our Vancouver office, core responsibilities will include: Marketing Support Provide day-to-day support to the marketing and sales team across various responsibilities, including but not limited to: Project and schedule management. Coordination with vendors and partners. Creation of social media content. Preparation and submission of real estate award entries. CRM management and administration. Analysis and reporting on social media and digital marketing metrics. Coordination with advertising agencies, including budget management and scheduling. Marketing inventory and stationary management, organization, and documentation. Support the marketing and sales team with asset creation and execution, including but not limited to: Working with creative teams for brand and logo development for all projects. Scheduling and managing print and digital advertisements. Overseeing photography and videography direction. Providing direction for Illustrations, renderings, and 3D model styling. Developing and implementing project signage. Managing website changes and copywriting. Coordinating mass project and corporate email communications. Overseeing print materials, including brochures, handouts, mailers, stationary, etc. Plan and execute project and corporate events, including but not limited to: Managing vendors, including obtaining quotes and overseeing budgets. Providing event direction, day-of-coordination, and execution. Overseeing schedule management. Facilitation relationships with vendors and partners. Assist with Alabaster Corporate Marketing efforts, including but not limited to: Helping curate and execute corporate brochures and newsletters. Procuring branded merchandise. Developing and streamlining marketing operations processes. Facilitate the collection and analysis of real estate market data, including but not limited to: Gathering and analyzing presale and resale market data. Conducting research and recommending specifications to guide product development. Preparing and delivering regular market intelligence reports. Collecting data and providing project specific targeted recommendations on buyer profiles and demographics. Social Media Management Content schedule management. Content creation. Market analytics, research, analysis, and reporting. Channel management and engagement. Ad agency coordination, budget management. and scheduling. Ad management: boosted posts. Administration Various administrative duties as needed. Contact and support sales team and sales process. Buyer and realtor commination. Performance reporting. In addition to these qualities, you possess: Post-secondary education in Marketing, Real Estate, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field. Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in Real Estate Marketing. Proficient in Google Workspace applications as well as Microsoft and Adobe. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Adaptable and flexible, able to work in a fast paced environment, both independently and as part of a larger team. Solutions oriented approach with superior time management, multitasking and prioritization abilities. Eligible to work in Canada (Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident or valid working visa) required. Knowledge of the Vancouver real estate market and/or coworking is an asset. Compensation Your Total Compensation Package includes: Base Annual Compensation, with a range of $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 depending on experience and qualifications. Vacation & Time Off Package.
