Description Leadership & Team Development: Lead, motivate, and inspire the store team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Provide coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback to foster professional growth and maintain a positive team environment. Customer Service Excellence: Cultivate a customer-first culture by ensuring that all staff provide outstanding service. Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency. Operations Management: Oversee all store operations including opening/closing, inventory control, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment. Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. Sales Performance & Growth: Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth. Requirements Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail environment. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team. Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage operational budgets. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.
