Job Description

As the Director of Consulting Services, you identify, develop and lead client relationships and opportunities, ensuring that the quality of engagement work products and deliverables meet or exceed client expectations using established frameworks and project management best practices. As an external agent of change for our clients you seek to improve services and productivity on an ongoing basis. You direct the technical, business, and personnel aspects of consulting engagements and lead sales efforts both with existing clients and prospective ones. You have expertise in CRM, Support/Call Center, billing systems, as well as established consulting delivery leadership experience and extensive enterprise business application experience with preferred focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 delivery experience. You are responsible for ensuring that skilled consultants are available and deployed on projects and maintaining utilization within the application consulting team. This is a billable position, and candidates will be expected to maintain a specified level of utilization through steering committee calls and supporting sales workshops. Core Competencies Customer Focussed Excellent Communicator Relationship Creator Collaborative, Consensus Builder Strive for Excellence Curious Problem Solver Accountable and Dependable Ethical with a High Sense of Integrity Job Duties Maintain strategic partner relationships with Microsoft Act as Qixas lead, trusted advisor and business partner in identifying client needs and developing business process and technology solutions that solve critical issues and support organizational priorities Support sales efforts with consultants to develop strategies and solutions, as necessary Develop and maintain relationships at multiple levels within the business, operations and IT department at our clients (CFO, CIO, SVP, VP & Director) to sell our services and solutions Oversee delivery activities, working with the delivery team, to ensure solutions both deliver on-time and on-budget as well as deliver on business value. Ensure teams drive innovation and foster collaboration between Qixas and client teams Participate in Steering Committee meetings and take responsibility for overseeing the delivery of deliverables coming out of those meetings Accountable for managing the contract, P&L and to maintain alignment across all stakeholders with Qixas and the client organization Participate in ongoing process improvement within Qixas around delivery, methodology, and delivery excellence. Monitor and direct others to act in accordance with company initiatives, processes and methodology Requirements 5-8 years relevant work experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other ERPs, with a minimum of two years recent consulting expertise having led successful implementations Experience in IT integration, and solution definition, design, development and delivery Demonstrated expertise in the successful delivery of transformation, change management and business process re-engineering Outstanding project/program management skills Superior people management skills that ensure effective and respectful working partnerships Sales experience within a services environment Proven ability to provide knowledge transfer, thought leadership and solutions and translate complex technical issues into compelling business benefits Strong customer facing skills, ability to influence and motivate clients and employees, excellent oral and written communication skills self-motivation Must be flexible to travel Working Conditions Ability to attend and conduct presentations. Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals. Overtime as required.
