This role requires deep expertise in strategic communications, media relations, stakeholder engagement, and public affairs, ensuring alignment with government policies and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading multi-channel communications strategies, crisis management, and reputation building within government entities or advisory firms operating in the public sector. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement integrated communication strategies aligned with government priorities and national objectives. Oversee media relations and public engagement strategies, ensuring a consistent and impactful narrative. Manage high-profile campaigns that enhance government reputation and strengthen public trust. Lead crisis communication efforts, offering proactive and reactive strategies to safeguard reputational interests. Collaborate with senior government officials, advising on strategic messaging and policy communications. Direct multi-channel outreach initiatives including digital, press, and stakeholder engagement programs. Monitor and analyse regional and global trends impacting public communication strategies. Lead and mentor a high-performing communications team, ensuring capability development and knowledge sharing. Qualifications & Skills: 18-20 years of experience in strategic communications, government relations, or public affairs. Experience within GCC government entities or global agencies advising public sector clients. Expertise in crisis management, media relations, and stakeholder engagement. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proven ability to work with high-level officials and decision-makers. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in digital transformation strategies in communications.
