Marketing & Communications Coordinator Annual Salary Range: $57,000 - $63,000 Permanent Full-time Opportunity with a 2-year term with the potential for a 2-year extension. St. Pauls Foundation is seeking a full time Marketing & Communications Coordinator who will join a small but mighty team committed to delivering high-quality products and services. As the successful candidate, you will execute our marketing and communications strategies to help inspire philanthropy for an incredible new hospital, research complex, and health campus. You enjoy working alongside other team members and collaborating with external vendors and colleagues outside of the Marketing & Communications team. You have impeccable interpersonal and communication skills even in challenging, high-pressure situations. You excel at problem solving and knowing how you can support a team. Duties & Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the entire communications team including development of agendas, brief templates, schedules and all invoice processing and tracking Deliver consistent project reporting and metrics for media campaigns, including earned media, owned media, and paid media Oversee our day-to-day admin through project management software (Monday: work management software). Develop in-hospital communication collateral, including digital screens, billboard, emails, blog posts for Providence Health Care via various channels. Develop collateral and advertising materials in support of our comprehensive fundraising campaign and annual signature events which includes reviewing and editing content, minimal graphic design, production, and printing. Serve as internal teams point of contact on communications resources, including managing inventory of branded assets on our digital asset management system Provide content and writing support on a wide range of collateral materials including e-newsletters, blog posts and social media posts. Project coordination from our team to our services providers such graphic designers, printers, freelance writers, and various media outlets. Ideate and develop initiatives that contribute to streamlined work processes and efficient file administration for the Communications team. Support of marketing-led community events and activations, including hosting our community outreach programs. Participate in regular rotation for St. Pauls Foundation reception coverage. Your experience and educational background: A bachelors degree or diploma in a related field of study. Two or more years experience in marketing and communications, preferably with a fundraising organization or an organization of similar scope, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
