OVERVIEW As the Senior Manager, Creative + Digital Art Direction, you will be the driving force behind the Obakki brand identity, elevating our visual storytelling across all touchpoints. This role combines creative leadership with hands-on design execution, focusing on driving brand consistency and delivering engaging content across all digital channels. This role reports into the Founder / Creative Director and will lead a team of in-house and freelance creatives. NOTE: This role is open to full-time, in-house applicants as well as part-time freelance applicants. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure cohesive, on-brand visual storytelling across all digital platforms, including Obakki.com, social media, paid ads and email marketing Develop and execute digital-first creative strategies and visual concepts that align with brand values and drive growth Collaborate with key stakeholders including the Founder / Creative Director and Head of Marketing, to define and execute creative strategies that drive engagement and conversions while ensuring a seamless customer experience Lead ecommerce and campaign photoshoots, from photographer management to art direction and final image selection Oversee the creation of all digital content, including creative approvals and feedback. Ability to create content is a plus! Manage creative project timelines and resources, ensuring timely delivery of all creative assets, in alignment with the marketing calendar Collaborate with the marketing and ecommerce teams to make data-driven recommendations for optimized performance of creative assets Lead and mentor a small team of designers and photographers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to foster their professional growth Stay updated on industry trends, emerging digital design practices, and innovative technologies, integrating them into our brand efforts QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of experience in digital design/art direction, preferably within interior design, luxury +/or hospitality Experience in ecommerce is a MUST!
