YOUR ROLE We are looking to add a full-time Customs Agent to its team in Toronto, ON! We are looking for a dynamic individual to kick start their career in logistics! WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? The successful candidate will clear client shipments and ensure merchandise is delivered. Respond to clients inquiries regarding customs clearance and follow up. Responsibilities: Preparation, customs clearance, and classification of air, ocean, and ground shipments. Ensure costs related to the file are indicated on the billing document. Ensure the delivery of merchandise. Comply with the laws and regulations of the different governments and the ISO standards set out by the company. Resource person for clients regarding customs procedures. Communicate with different stakeholders in an effort to offer superior service. Present innovative solutions to clients. Comply with Bollores established procedures within required time limits, including ISO norms. Communicate, without delay, information or problems, to the immediate supervisor. Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? 2-3 years of relevant post-secondary education or experience. Ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients Excellent organization skills and be a proactive problem solver Ability to manage own time and priorities workload to meet internal and external expectations Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Good interpersonal and teamworking skills required Knowledge of French an asset Knowledge of the Food Industry an asset WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?
