What You''''ll do: Work on civil infrastructure projects such as wastewater treatment plants, lift stations, etc. Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Monitor project expenses, track costs, and ensure adherence to the budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to control expenditures. Create and maintain project schedules, including milestone dates and critical path activities. Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes or delays. What Our Client is Targetting: 5+ years of Construction Project Management experience Experience working on civil infrastructure projects ranging in value from $1 - $50 million. Technical Degree or Engineering Degree would be preferred Willingness to travel to site 1-2 times a month to monitor progress.
