The Role Were looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative to drive new client acquisition and expand our reach. Youll be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and closing clients through Instagram, email, and phone outreach. Well provide you with leads , and its your job to turn them into paying clients and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Responsibilities Outbound prospecting & outreach via Instagram DMs, emails, and phone calls. Engage potential clients , build relationships, and sell them on our digital marketing services. Follow up consistently to nurture leads and close deals. Onboard new clients efficiently, ensuring a seamless transition to our service team. Track and report outreach, responses, and conversion metrics. Work closely with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies. What Were Looking For Sales-driven & competitive mindset you love closing deals. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Experience in sales, cold outreach, or lead generation (preferred but not required). Comfortable with high-volume outreach (DMs, emails, and calls). Organized and detail-oriented you manage follow-ups like a pro. Familiarity with digital marketing or paid ads is a plus. Perks Base salary + commission (uncapped earning potential).
