Senior Manager HCM Remote, Canada $150-190K +Bonus Location: Remote (Canada-based), with proximity to major cities for travel convenience. Ideal locations include Toronto, Halifax, Montreal, Winnipeg, Vancouver, and Calgary . Are you a seasoned leader in HCM technology, passionate about delivering transformative projects and growing high-performing teams? Were looking for a Senior Manager to lead within a growing Dayforce practice, working remotely from anywhere in Canada, with occasional travel across North America. Responsibilities: Lead and oversee large, complex HCM projects for clients with over 5,000 employees. Ensure the consistent application of project management standards and methodologies. Build and develop a talented delivery team, recruiting experienced professionals and mentoring emerging talent. Drive strategic initiatives, including proposals, demos, and project management to ensure client success. Collaborate with leadership to create and implement strategies for expanding the Dayforce practice. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in Big 4 HR Tech or equivalent consulting experience. Proven track record managing HCM implementations (Dayforce, ADP, UKG, Workday, Oracle, or SAP preferred). Strong project management skills with experience in large, complex environments. Leadership capabilities, including team-building, mentorship, and talent development. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
