Job Overview: In this role, the candidate will support real estate agents by teaching them the best techniques to generate leads and enhance their social media exposure. They will work closely with customers, ensuring they are educated, onboarded, and satisfied with the services provided. This is a hands-on role where the candidate will help customers adopt the platform, address their needs, and drive their success with Roomvu. Their responsibilities will include onboarding, follow-ups, building strong relationships, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention. Additionally, by getting to know the unique needs and goals of customers, the candidate will identify opportunities to upsell products or services that better align with those objectives, helping customers maximize the value of the platform while contributing to the companys growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of customer success and the real estate industry, along with excellent communication and organizational skills. Skills & Qualifications: Experience: Min 1 year in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role, preferably in a tech startup or SaaS business. Experience in the real estate industry is a bonus. Customer Focus: A strong passion for helping customers succeed and achieve their goals. Communication Skills: Clear, confident, and empathetic communication skills to build trust with customers. Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities. Key Responsibilities: Onboarding and educating new customers about Roomvus platform. Following up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement.
