Ensure ongoing training and development for all staff. Health and Safety: Supporting safety policies and procedures and ensuring Legislative compliance. Responding to incidents, accidents and investigations, control of documents and records and promoting health and wellness: Operations: Maintain accurate payroll records. Approve purchase orders. Conduct regular store checklists to ensure high standards. Submit required reports to the Home Office. Collaborate with external vendors to maintain building appearance. Monitor order processing efficiency and accuracy. Performance Management: Provide regular feedback to employees through meetings and year-end reviews. Hold employees accountable to company values. Ensure compliance with cash handling, inventory, and order processes. Conduct weekly store reports and participate in leadership calls. Collaborate with the Director of Operations on daily cash handling and inventory management. Monitor and manage stock levels, collaborating with buyers and other branches as needed. Market Strategy: Develop a local market positioning strategy aligned with corporate objectives. Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety protocols.
