With our expertise, we help clients forge powerful bonds with their audiences.We are looking for an Estimator to help keep our projects both cost-effective and on target.If you have a keen analytical mind and enjoy working with diverse teams, this role is for you!What Youll DoPrepare Detailed Estimates: Develop comprehensive cost estimates for projects using rough high-level concepts to fully detailed drawings to come up with the cost estimates accounting for all relevant materials, methods, and finishes (e.g., millwork, metal, acrylic, lighting, etc.).Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Sales, Design, Detailing, and Production teams to determine the best build methodologies and clarify job requirements.Research & Document: Stay updated on new materials and build techniques, documenting key insights to refine your estimates.Prioritize Work: Balance multiple projects by prioritizing estimates based on due dates and project needs.Review & Improve: Analyze completed jobs to gather learnings on how close the estimates were to actuals and apply feedback to future estimates.Drive Efficiency: Look for opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall project efficiency.What You BringEducation & Experience:Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Estimating, or a related field is preferred.3+ years of experience in custom millwork estimating.Technical Proficiency:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Adobe is required.
