About the Role Rippling is seeking a dynamic Marketing Contractor to drive our Spend Management product''''s growth in Canada through strategic events, partnerships, and paid social campaigns. As a crucial member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and executing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and generate leads. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally with various teams to implement creative strategies that accelerate our market presence. Key Responsibilities Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute events that showcase Rippling''''s Spend Management product. This includes virtual webinars, trade shows, and industry conferences. Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with industry influencers, organizations, and stakeholders to expand Ripplings reach in the Canadian market. Paid Social Campaigns: Develop and manage paid social media strategies on platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook to drive engagement and lead generation. Budget Management: Efficiently manage marketing budgets, allocating resources to maximize ROI across events, partnerships, and paid social efforts. Analytics and Reporting: Use data-driven insights to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize future campaigns. Prepare reports to communicate results and insights to stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, sales, and marketing operations teams to ensure alignment and leverage resources effectively. Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on events, partnerships, and paid social media campaigns. Proven track record in managing successful B2B marketing initiatives, preferably in the SaaS/ fin-tech industry. Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building and maintaining professional relationships. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to drive decision-making.
