Weight Loss by Gina is seeking a Digital Content Assistant to join its Social and Production Media teams. We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, innovative, and organized individual who is a self-starter and can work independently on tasks. The ideal candidate should thrive working in a fast-paced environment with strong creative problem-solving and time management skills, and the ability to shift priorities with ease. Reporting to the Digital Creative Director, the Digital Content Assistant will assist in designing marketing and social media-related content for internal and external use, as well as assist in delivering and coordinating content, from social reels to podcasts and video content. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, have a keen eye for detail, and possess excellent communication skills. This is a position with the potential for a great deal of exciting opportunities in the marketing, social, and design spheres for a fast-growing and energetic company. Ultimately, the selected individual will help us build and maintain a strong and cohesive brand both online and offline while providing creative, administrative, and operational support to the managers, editors, and designers across all content channels. Fully remote work environment Key Job Responsibilities Digital Asset Organization: Maintain and organize digital assets, ensuring easy access and clarity for both internal and external use. Podcast Production Assistance: Aid in the editing, finalizing, and uploading of daily podcast episodes, ensuring a consistent and quality listener experience. Assist with YouTube Content Operations: Support the preparation and publication of YouTube shorts and videos, including editing, trimming, and linking to enhance viewer engagement. Create Compelling Video Content: Collaborate in the brainstorming, production, and editing of short-form video content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube shorts, ensuring the content is platform-specific and engaging. Design Engaging Social Media Content: Develop and optimize content for social media platforms to enhance audience engagement, brand loyalty, and impact. Support Copywriting Efforts: Contribute to the crafting and refining of copy for social media posts and podcasts, ensuring it resonates with our audience. Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously monitor and adapt to social media best practices, industry trends, and emerging platforms to keep our content relevant. Optimize for SEO: Apply SEO best practices tailored to each social media platform to maximize content visibility and engagement. Collaborate on Creative Projects: Work closely with team members to collect and organize various materials such as images, posts, comments, logos, statistics, and videos for creative content development. Perform Additional Tasks as Needed: As a key player in our innovative environment, be ready to adapt and contribute across various tasks, driving the momentum of our projects and team initiatives.
