We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive the coordination, management, and successful implementation of the Digital Twin and Digital Front Door project. The role will involve leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with clinical and technical partners, managing risks and issues, and ensuring the timely delivery of project milestones in alignment with strategic goals. Responsibilities : Project Leadership : Lead and manage the coordination of activities for the digital twin project, ensuring effective execution and alignment with client goals. Project Planning : Develop, maintain, and monitor the project plan with an iterative approach to ensure continuous learning and adaptability, ensuring the project is on track and delivers on time. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with clinical and technical partners to achieve project outcomes, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams. Risk and Issue Management : Proactively identify and resolve risks and issues in a timely manner, maintaining a focus on project delivery and minimizing disruptions. Reporting : Provide transparent and timely progress reports to senior leadership, highlighting key project milestones, risks, and issues. Communication : Ensure clear communication across all levels of the project, from clinical staff to senior leadership, using visual and presentation tools to translate complex healthcare, clinical, and technical concepts. Key Skills and Experience : Healthcare Experience : Proven experience working within healthcare environments, with a deep understanding of healthcare processes and integration. Clinical Partner Collaboration : Demonstrated experience working with clinical partners and understanding their workflows, priorities, and constraints in a healthcare setting. PMP Certification : A valid PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory to ensure project management best practices are followed. Large-Scale Project Experience : Experience managing large healthcare integration initiatives, particularly those involving technology solutions or digital transformation projects. Visual and Presentation Skills : Strong ability to translate complex technical, clinical, and healthcare concepts into engaging, understandable visual presentations for various audiences (e.g., clinicians, leadership, technical teams). Emotional Intelligence (EQ) : Strong anticipatory skills, able to foresee challenges and adapt proactively. Ability to assess the dynamics of meetings and adjust communication style accordingly. Ability to navigate a dynamic and fluid environment, remaining flexible and responsive to changing circumstances. Project Management Tools : Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello) to track project milestones and timelines. Local to BC Lower Mainland : While remote work is allowed, attendance on-site is required as necessary, so the consultant must reside in the BC Lower Mainland and have access to a vehicle for travel when needed.
