Curative is seeking a Software Engineer to help us connect our critical systems and automate key business processes. The person in this role will use their deep knowledge of software engineering and experience scaling systems (and maybe some AI) to help us better serve our members. Processes youll help us automate and improve include enrollment, claims adjudication and payment, and prior authorization approvals. Responsibilities Analyze and understand business requirements related to system integrations Eliminate operational bottlenecks through smart technical solutions. Design and build solutions to scale data flow between multiple systems and databases Build high quality software with strong unit and integration test coverage. Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes Please reach out if this describes your experience 5+ years of Software Development experience Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience Experience building robust and reliable integrations Understanding of SQL DB design and query performance Track record of troubleshooting challenging issues with minimal guidance. Demonstrated experience working in AWS Experience working with APIs Bonus points for Experience in C#, Java, Python, or Kotlin Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Postgres Knowledge of and experience with healthcare claims systems (preferably Health Edge) Experience with EDI transactions Experience using AI to automate business processes.
