We are looking for a Client Solutions and Strategy Manager to lead client relationships, develop strategic marketing initiatives, and drive successful campaign execution across multiple channels. Role Overview As a Client Solutions and Strategy Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for up to 5 clients , responsible for leading marketing strategy, optimizing performance campaigns, and managing cross-functional teams. You will serve as a trusted advisor and strategist, helping clients navigate complex digital marketing funnels while ensuring their business objectives align with VirtualAds solutions. This role requires a high level of organization, problem-solving, and strategic thinking, as well as the ability to lead multi-channel marketing efforts and maximize return on investment (ROI). Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management & Strategy Serve as the primary client contact , managing expectations and delivering data-driven marketing strategies aligned with client goals. Lead strategic discussions on campaign optimization, identifying opportunities for scaling and improving performance. Develop comprehensive, integrated marketing funnels that align with customer acquisition and investment goals. Drive strategic upsells , leveraging VirtualAds suite of services to expand client accounts while ensuring business growth. Proactively troubleshoot campaign roadblocks with data-backed solutions. Team Collaboration & Leadership Oversee cross-functional collaboration between: Paid Media Teams (Search, Social, Display) Creative Teams (Copywriting, Design, Video Production, Development) CRM & Marketing Automation teams Act as the internal lead on client projects, ensuring all stakeholders execute tasks efficiently and meet key performance indicators (KPIs). Creative Strategy & Content Execution Work with data and analytics teams to identify high-performing ad creatives. Develop ad briefs for landing pages, webinars, and marketing content. Manage client feedback loops , ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and client stakeholders. Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and web developers to produce conversion-optimized marketing assets. Project Management & Execution Own end-to-end project management , ensuring campaigns stay on track, on budget, and on target. Utilize project management tools like Monday.com, Jira, or ClickUp to manage deliverables, deadlines, and cross-team workflows. Unblock bottlenecks through proactive problem-solving and effective communication. Budget Planning & Performance Optimization Manage and allocate cross-channel marketing budgets exceeding $100K+ per month. Monitor campaign spend and identify scaling opportunities alongside the Ad Operations team. Work with data analysts to track CAC, CPM, CTR, CPA, CVR, LTV, and ROAS and ensure cost efficiency. KPI Attainment & Growth Targets Maintain a tenacious drive for achieving client success metrics. Rally internal teams and external partners to hit agreed-upon targets and optimize performance proactively. Identify at-risk accounts and work collaboratively to course-correct before issues escalate. Continuously seek new marketing innovations to improve campaign efficiency and ROI. Qualifications & Experience Must-Have: 3-5 years experience in advertising sales, account management, client strategy, or customer success Strong background in performance marketing, fintech, or crowdfunding. Experience working with financial sector clients (private equity, crowdfunding, investor acquisition). Deep understanding of customer marketing funnels and the digital marketing ecosystem. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects, and budgets in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skillscomfortable leading client meetings, presenting data-driven insights, and advising on growth strategies. Nice-to-Have: Experience in a digital agency/startup environment, preferably in fintech or financial services Prior knowledge of capital raising, fintech, or investor acquisition marketing. Familiarity with CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar). Certifications in paid media (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Ads) or marketing automation tools.
