Responsibilities Develop and foster new and existing client relationships Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering design teams Develop business and deliver projects in a team environment Mentor and train junior to intermediate staff Develop conceptual and numerical modelling solutions in support of engineering/mining projects. Develop new techniques and methods to solve groundwater problems. Geological and hydrogeological data analyses, visualization and development of conceptual site models. Applying hydrogeological principles to groundwater projects using conceptual and numerical modelling software. Perform field work in support of geological, geotechnical and hydrogeological investigations Qualifications Masters or PhD degree (Mathematics, Physics, Hydrogeological Sciences, Geological, Civil, Environmental, Mining Engineering, or equivalent qualifications) 10+ years of relevant experience (mining related experience preferred), including in-depth modelling experience (FEFLOW, MODFLOW, HydroGeoSphere, GoldSim, PEST-Suite, etc.) Knowledge of 3D finite difference, finite element and control volume finite element methods Experience with visualization software (Surfer, Leapfrog, CAD, etc.) Experience in data analytics, uncertainty analysis, machine-learning, python scripting or other coding, etc. Why Join Equilibrium Collaborative Workplace Culture - Join a team where innovation, collaboration, and mutual respect drive success.
