The Video Interviewers key job task is to interact with potential candidates through video. This includes interviewing, recording, uploading and recapping conversations to the Client Delivery Manager to present to clients. To be successful in this role, you should combine professionalism with excellent communication. What youll do: Candidates (70%) Research and review applications & portfolios of each candidate that you are interviewing. Prepare & collaborate on pre-screen questions to assess for job fit. Interact with candidates via Zoom/Google Meet and record for upload. Process (20%) Recap key notes from the pre-screen interview in email format to Client Delivery Manager (or via Client preferred platforms). Uploading video interviews for clients. Clients (10%) Collaborate with Client Delivery Manager for identifying the requirements for each position. Communicate successes and barriers to Squadron Leaders as needed. Provide regular updates on screening process.
