At ProudMouth our Digital Marketing Account Managers are known internally as Influence Engineers. The Influence Engineer is an intermediate-level position with proven digital marketing, client relationship, and account management experience. Digital content creation experience is a plus for the ideal candidate. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our podcasting/social media techniques and strategy for your clients. You will be directly responsible for growing your clients online presence, improving each clients marketing metrics using all available analytical tools we provide, and successfully managing each client relationship and growing their revenue. Previous experience in client account management in a digital environment will be an asset. You will be working closely with each client and their marketing department (if they have one) daily to ensure the content we create and provide meets the clients brand standards, encompasses the client voice (how each client wants to communicate to the market), and guiding each client through our proven and tested marketing strategies and tactics ( their Influence Journey) to ensure the success of their podcast and all social media efforts. Responsibilities: Delivering on every promise the ProudMouth brand represents in client success terms to fulfill the Five ROIs (Return on Influence) o The Content Itself and Experience o Client Communication o Audience Communication o Ignite Center of Influence Relationships o Net New Revenue Perform all Account Manager functions for each client youre assigned on behalf of ProudMouth. Workload will involve managing multiple clients at any given time. Owns the success of interactions, communications, and quality of work product created and delivered to clients which is produced by the Content Curator and Production Team youre partnered with. o Listens to all client podcasts and reviews copy created by the Content Curator to ensure content is free from errors, follows the company style guide standards, ensures the content is representative of the clients voice, and is relevant to the episode produced. o Provide feedback to the Content Curator to improve writing and content collection for episodes. Monitor Content Curators work quality and share feedback with Influence Engineering Team Manager. o Conducts reviews of client episodes o Review a minimum of 3 episodes per client per quarter o Identifies areas of weakness o Identifies areas of strength o Provides feedback to clients with ideas for improvement o Links reviews back to the podcast tactics and marketing assessment plan o Manages and ensures client success o Meet with clients regularly to discuss analytics, statistics, success, and opportunities for improvement. o Knows and understands the metrics we provide and explains what they mean o Identifies marketing tactics the client is completing o Monitors topics to ensure they are relevant and mean something to their audience o Assists clients with podcast direction o Shares marketing and podcast techniques for success with clients o Discovers and curates client success stories o Works with each client to plan, identify marketing tactics to consider, and share ideas on how to implement and execute a plan to make the client successful o Identifies areas of improvement for clients and help them deploy the appropriate tactics o Identifies new ways to improve client success o Identifies processes and improvements to build client success and loyalty to the Managed Influence Acceleration program and shares those with the Influence Engineering Team Manager. Attend Ask-An-Expert Hours with clients and Academy Members Participation with Sales team member(s) in the Onboarding Process of assigned new clients. Revenue Retention and Growth of each client assigned to you. Reporting positive and negative feedback from clients, with recommendations for improvement if negative, in an accurate, timely, serious, and actionable manner to management and leadership. Engaging specific and developed protocols for client retention and notifying leadership whenever a client is not satisfied (or contemplating leaving for any reason), along with recommended actions to satisfy/retain the client, with ProudMouth products or services. Nurturing new clients from the Pod Rocket Influence Academy (if they migrate to Managed Influence Acceleration) and other lower-level / lower-priced products and digital platforms into higher-level Managed Influence Acceleration products via CRM. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree or Diploma in a Digital Marketing or Social Media area with emphasis on Technology and Applications of AI. If a Degree or Diploma includes an emphasis in Business that is a plus. Previous experience in Account Management / Client Relationships with revenue responsibility. Experience and knowledge in creating Marketing Plans and leveraging and utilizing Social Media Assets (Linked In, YouTube, IG, FB, X, etc.), and Podcast / Video Production. Self-starter who is detail-oriented and well-organized. Must be tech savvy, with the ability to identify problems and apply critical thinking and communications skills to resolve them. Up-to-date computer/technology skills. (Word, Excel, Outlook,Google Workspace, Social Platforms (including YouTube). WordPress knowledge is an asset.
