Specialty Account Representative for Canada Evelyn & Bobbie is revolutionizing a 100+ year-old industry. We are seeking established Account Executives in the intimate apparel category. We seek proactive, self-motivated sales professionals with a strong network and a proven track record of driving sales growth with bra fitting and lingerie specialty stores. Evelyn & Bobbies Account Executives will possess a mastery of our products patented technical capabilities and be able to articulate our one-of-a-kind solution to best-in-class retailers. This is an independent contractor position. Responsibilities: Create and maintain a target account list. Plan and prospect specialty boutiques focusing on bra and lingerie stores in your territory. Meet & exceed assigned territory sales goals, including organic growth with current customers and opening new accounts. Travel to appointments within the territory: up to 50% of travel. Develop in-depth product & fit knowledge, effectively train and communicate with retail partners and their staff. Showcase the patented technology that makes EB products one-of-a-kind. Relationship Building: Cultivate solid and long-term relationships with partners to foster loyalty and repeat business. Stay attentive to partner needs and provide timely support and assistance as required. Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to refine sales strategies and ensure our offerings remain competitive. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Using HubSpot, maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and progress. Understand sales to forecast reporting to achieve sales quota. Effectively collaborate with corporate support staff. Attend both national and regional tradeshows, conferences, and sales meetings. Provide input and hindsight reporting based on retailer feedback and sales to our product, planning, marketing, and merchandising teams. Qualifications: 5+ years of success as a specialty store account executive with an established book of business with bra fitting and lingerie-focused specialty store accounts (required). Book of business with ready-to-wear or travel-related specialty stores is a plus. Excellent work ethic - do what it takes to achieve sales quota. Proven ability to exceed sales quota by growing existing accounts and opening new accounts. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong understanding of retail math. Proven relationship management skills with brands and retail partners. Experience with Faire, Google apps, Shopify, and HubSpot would be a plus.
