Role Overview We are seeking an Account Manager, Client Accounts (Revenue Operations) to join our dynamic Client Operations team. This role is crucial to maintaining and growing our key client relationships, ensuring their success by managing their revenue operations effectively. As the primary strategy point of contact, you will address client needs related to CRM systems, marketing automation, sales processes, and customer success strategies. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Solutions Architects, Project Managers and the Director of Client Operations, to deliver tailored solutions that align with our clients'''' business goals. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main strategy point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong, long-term relationships. Understand and address clients'''' business objectives and operational needs related to revenue operations. Ensure consistent communication and timely responses to client inquiries. Proactively identify and resolve issues affecting client satisfaction and performance. Revenue Operations Strategy: Discover, design and implement strategies that optimize clients sales funnels, lead management, and customer success processes. Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Project Managers, Solutions Implementers to integrate CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) into clients workflows. Provide guidance on best practices in marketing automation, sales processes, and CRM management Project Management: Ensure project timelines and deliverables are on track and the pace of the project is following the statement of work. You are to guide accounts by coordinating with the project managers and internal teams to ensure projects reach success in a timely manner. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to monitor progress and gather feedback. Continuous scoping of new projects and upsells for accounts. This role requires immense vision casting to the client about the end solution. Training & Support: Assist clients in effectively using CRM platforms, marketing tools, and relevant technology. Develop and deliver training sessions to empower client teams. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics for clients. Prepare and present performance reviews, identifying opportunities for improvement and new revenue growth strategies. Document client interactions in the CRM & have strong reporting abilities to support a predictive revenue model. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are fully understood and addressed. Provide feedback to the Director of Client Operations on client success, challenges, and growth opportunities. Metrics for Success Client Retention Rate: Maintain a high retention rate by ensuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships. Target: 90%+ client retention for assigned accounts. Revenue Growth from Accounts: Drive measurable growth in revenue from assigned accounts. Target: X% increase in revenue per client over 12 months. Client Satisfaction Scores (CSAT): Achieve high satisfaction ratings from client accounts. Target: Maintain an average CSAT score of 9/10 or higher. Project Timeliness & Deliverables: Ensure on-time project completion. Target: 95% on-time project delivery. Client Engagement: Maintain regular, meaningful interactions with clients. Target: Conduct monthly meetings and QBRs for 100% of assigned accounts. Training & Platform Adoption: Ensure clients fully adopt CRM platforms and marketing automation tools. Target: 80%+ of clients independently using CRM platforms within three months of implementation. Qualifications Experience: Specific experience in a revenue operations related role. 5+ years in account management, revenue operations, or a similar client-facing role. Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools. Familiarity with the sales process, lead management, and customer success strategies. Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent project management and organizational abilities. Analytical skills to provide actionable client insights. Expert questioning and discovery skills. Vision casting and upsell ability. Has vast experience selling mid market solutions. Proficiency in CRM and revenue operations tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).
