Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive paid advertising strategies tailored to client objectives, target audiences, and budgets. Leverage advanced coding skills in Java and Python to enhance campaign tracking, automation, and optimization. Utilize programmatic advertising platforms to deliver highly targeted and efficient ad placements that drive results. Create compelling ad copy that effectively communicate our clients'''' brand messages and resonate with their target audience. Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify high-performing keywords and optimize campaign performance. Implement advanced tracking mechanisms to monitor leads throughout the clients sales funnel, ensuring seamless tracking and optimization of the entire customer journey. Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance on an ongoing basis, utilizing data-driven insights to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives. Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and actionable insights, and present findings to clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between paid advertising strategies and overall marketing goals. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in paid advertising, coding, and programmatic marketing. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5-6 years of hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns, with a proven track record of success. Advanced proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Tags Manager, Google Search Console and other relevant advertising platforms. Strong programming skills in Java and Python , with experience in creating scripts for campaign optimization and automation. In-depth knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms and their implementation within multi-channel campaigns. Exceptional analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics or Tableau, or other data visualization platforms. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information and campaign performance metrics in a clear and concise manner. Demonstrated passion for the medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, beauty, and skincare industries, with a deep understanding of their trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape. A proactive mindset with the ability to innovate and identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
