Job Description: Contract Administrator We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join Syntax. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of contract administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and maintaining accurate contract records, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely execution and renewal of contracts. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review contracts, including Hosting, Managed Services, AMS SOWs, Change Orders, Amendments, and Renewals using templates. Work with sales and finance teams to facilitate the execution and negotiation of end-customer contracts in a high transaction volume environment. Work with Attorneys on legal escalations and changes requested to template contracts. Maintain and organize contract documentation and records. Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for contract preparation. Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to contracts. Perform other duties as requested by the manager to support and achieve project milestone goals. Ensure compliance with company policies. Qualifications and Requirements: College degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field. Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role. Strong understanding of contract law and legal terms. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Proficiency in English. Nice to Have: Experience with contract management software. Experience with ServiceNow and DocuSign. Competencies: Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously review contracts and ensure accuracy in documentation. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Time Management: Efficiently manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
